Your questions answered

Frequently asked questions

How much does a move from Spain to Europe cost?

It depends on distance, volume and services. As a 2026 reference, a 15–25 m³ move to France usually ranges from €1,900 to €3,600, and to Germany from €2,600 to €5,200, including VAT and transport. The calculator on this site gives you an indicative range in seconds.

How is the distance-based price calculated?

We start from the real route kilometres from Madrid to your destination, add your moving volume and the services you choose (packing, assembly, storage). The result is a range, never a fixed price: the final quote is confirmed in writing after the inventory.

What is groupage and is it worth it?

With groupage you share a truck with other shipments heading to the same area. It costs 25–50% less than a dedicated truck, in exchange for a few extra waiting days. It is the usual choice for small flats and students.

How long does a move to Europe take?

Portugal, Andorra or France can be done in 1–3 days. Germany, Italy or Austria usually take 2–4 days, and Poland, Romania or Bulgaria between 3 and 6 days. Groupage adds several waiting days.

Do I need a visa or customs within the EU?

No. Within the EU there is no customs for household goods. Andorra does have customs control, so documentation should be prepared in advance. We inform you before loading.

Is insurance included?

Transport includes the carrier's legal liability (CMR Convention). For valuable items we recommend declared-value insurance, quoted separately and detailed in writing.

Can I store part of my furniture?

Yes. We offer storage by week or month when moving-out and moving-in dates do not match. It is billed by volume and time.

How do I request a quote?

Fill in the form with origin, destination, volume and date, or message us on WhatsApp. We reply with an indicative quote and, if you want to confirm it, we arrange a video survey or visit.

No-obligation quote

Shall we organise your move to Europe?

Tell us your origin, destination and volume. We give you a distance-based range and confirm the price in writing, with no obligation.
